Frozen Coconut Lime Popsicles

If you like coconut daiquiri your going to love these frozen Popsicle sticks. They are tasty and daiquiri For all ages. we have one party boat that dips the Popsicles in coconut shavings before serving. These are easy to make in less than 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk (you can use tetra pack style coconut milk like Silk brand but it’s thinner in texture & usually has added sugar)

1/4 cup [4 tbsp] sugar or sweetener of choices such as agave or brown rice syrup

5 biggish leaves of fresh backyard basil

Juice of 1 lime including pulp (you can add the zest, too, if you want the lime to come to the forefront of the pop more)

1/2 cup of coconut water or pure filtered water

PREPARATION:

First: Warm up the coconut milk, sweetener, and basil in a preheated pot to property mix the milk with the herb’s basil flavors.

Second: Pot is better tan microwave.

Third: Mix up your coconut milk, sugar, and basil in a blender until the basil is shredded and the sweetener all the way mixed

Forth: Add the lime juice (the fresher the better), pulp, and stir often

Fifth: Add (flavored or non-flavored) coconut water and then mix for about 5 minutes.

Sixth: Before coo, slowly pour the coconut mix into your molds.

Seventh: Place molds of coconut Popsicles in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until hard on the inside..

Ahoy!!!  You’re done and you now have coconut lime-flavored Popsicles for all the kids to enjoy.
